ORDER PROCESSING

We can take up to 5 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekends. *Please note during new releases and sale periods there may be a longer processing time.

GIFTS & NON-MATCHING ADDRESSES

We only ship credit card orders to the billing address on file with the card company. If your order is a gift, please use PayPal as the method of payment.

ORDERS OVER $100.00 USD

All orders over $100.00 USD receive free domestic shipping and will require a signature upon FedEx delivery.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of New Jersey. Newark sales tax is 7%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of New Jersey.

SHIPPING

USA – We ship orders via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Hawaii, APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL – We ship orders via FedEx Express or USPS depending on location. All shipments will have tracking number provided. Please allow 3-10 business days for shipping. *International orders are subject to Duties & Taxes by the destination country’s government. Benny Gold is not responsible for these charges or fees.

RETURNS

We accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 14 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn with all tags attached. Please email info @ boclothing.com with details on exchanging your item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to BOCLOTHING. Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge.
